The Johanniter variety gives the wine a fruity taste reminiscent of apple, pear or quince. The parent variety, Riesling, is recognizable. The relatively neutral Seyval Blanc brings a pleasant freshness. The early-ripening Solaris variety gives the wine a very light honey note. The cuvée is fresh and fruity. It goes very well with fish from local waters. But it is also an ideal accompaniment to cheese.
