Each package includes four courses plus aperitif drinks, mineral water, soft drinks, beer, the matching wine pairing and coffee. So you know from the start what to expect.
Wine pairing: one white and one red wine up to CHF 70.– per bottle from our wine list, plus grappa or fruit brandy with dessert.
We listen closely when you tell us about your wishes, think along with you and happily go the famous extra mile. Because only when you are completely happy are we, too.
The free-form ceremony in the wine cellar was incredibly atmospheric — even with 78 guests, everyone had a good seat. That the transition to the wedding dinner went so smoothly is thanks to the Löwen team's perfect timing.

With pleasure. So that we can take enough time for you, we ask you to arrange an appointment in advance.
Throughout the house we set the tables with white tablecloths or runners, matching cloth napkins and high-quality cutlery. Places are laid with water, white-wine and red-wine glasses. On request we design individual menu cards for your celebration.
We work with the florist in the village and are happy to order flowers for your table decoration — of course you can also organise your own. Our multi-armed Löwen candlesticks, including white candles, are at your disposal; you are welcome to bring candles in another colour.
The Löwen hall has five round tables seating 6 each and several long tables for 4 to 10 guests. We draw up the table plan to your wishes and show you an overview of the possible arrangement in advance.
Yes, gladly, at your own expense. Please note that the availability of individual dishes depends on the season.
For cakes you bring or have delivered, we charge CHF 4.– per person — this includes cutting, service, cutlery and cleaning. For wine you bring yourself, we charge corkage of CHF 30.– per bottle including service.
Musical entertainment is permitted until 10 pm, after that only with a late-night licence extension: until 2 am for CHF 400.–, until 4 am for CHF 800.–, each including staff costs. From 10 pm the windows stay closed — the Löwen sits in a residential area in the middle of the village.
In the wine cellar and the Löwen hall we play your Spotify playlist over the Sonos system; in the Sääli and Stübli (our small parlour rooms) a radio is provided. Screen and projector are available, plus a 75-inch TV in the hall; the technology rental is CHF 50.–.
Unfortunately there is no lift to the Löwen hall on the upper floor. The rooms in the restaurant area are easily reached via the kitchen entrance — please let us know in advance so we can organise access. The wine cellar is accessible and has an accessible WC. More on this: Accessibility.
In principle, yes. If you swap a dish for a higher-priced option, the difference is charged. If dishes are swapped for less expensive alternatives or left out, the total price remains unchanged.
On request we open on Mondays and Tuesdays exclusively for private parties. This is subject to a minimum spend of CHF 2000.– or a surcharge of CHF 250.– per hour for the additional staffing.
