André Rüfenacht "Rüfi" brings fresh vegetables and fruits every day. His products are always of excellent quality. In spring/summer you get the famous Mettmenstetten strawberries from Rüfi's cultivation in the Löwen.
Our dishes are made daily with fresh ingredients. Whenever possible, we consider local suppliers and producers from Hausen am Albis and the surrounding area.

Ruedi Müller "Mü" is known throughout the Säuliamt as a wine seller with special wines. Mü personally brings over the wine delivery every week.
Jessica knows how to delight guests with her floral arrangements and bouquets. She especially enjoys making table decorations for small and large events and of course for weddings.
Some of our wines come from the Felsenkelller. The wine bar is a must for the people of Zug and has a huge selection of wines from all over the world. The former Hausemer Remy also likes to come to the Löwen as a guest.
The Sternebeck in Hausen is very popular with the Hausemer and yet somehow still an insider tip. Joe brings us daily fresh bread from his small but fine bakery.
At TopCC in Sihlbrugg, we order most of what we otherwise can't get from the small suppliers. Damian Birchler makes sure that everything always reaches us in top quality and on time.
With Baarer Bier, we have found a local beverage supplier who values quality and service just as much as we do. The beer sommelier Jörg Lenski always advises us with great expertise.
Bea Wüest brings us the fresh eggs directly from her farm "Waldhof" in Kappel am Albis. If you like to walk in the area, you will find her farm just over the hill at the end of the forest. Our eggs come from the happy chickens you can visit there.
Kari's Scottish Highland cattle on the meadow directly behind the Löwen delight the beer garden guests with their cozy appearance. When an animal is slaughtered, the Löwen serves, for example, "Hörnli mit Gehacktem" from Scottish Highland cattle.
